About the Course
we train and equip those who answered the call to go serve and protect the most vulnerable while providing them with tools and the knowledge of the heart of God for children. The purpose of this course is to train workers in initiating and maintaining projects and serving existing projects in working with children at risk, their families, and communities. The school covers a broad variety of topics, such as God’s heart for children, compassion, child development, child evangelism, community development, project planning, human trafficking, and cyberbullying.

Topics are covered by professionals working in the field of Children At Risk throughout South Africa. The students also receive valuable insight during site visits where they learned about different models of care. By the end of the course, students have also completed a detailed ministry project plan, to help them further their ministry goals in a practical way The school consists of lectures, local outreaches, and times of worship -among many other things. The school itself is three months, but there is an optional internship which can be done during the next five years after completing the school.
