A DTS is a season to grow in your relationship with God and discover who you are. You’ll learn about missions, God’s heart for the nations, and how to make Him known. Along the way, you’ll build community, step out in faith, and experience true transformation.

We welcome everyone with open arms! Our Discipleship Training School (DTS) is designed for individuals who are 18 years or older, or who have completed high school. It is for those who have a heart open to experiencing God’s transformative power and are eager to grow in their faith.

What is unique about our campus is that we don’t exist in isolation from our neighbours. We are located in the heart of Muizenberg itself, which means that our volunteers, staff, and students get to interact with the community and experience the vibrant life of Muizenberg.

While YWAM's roots are in mobilizing young people for God's global purposes, we've grown to embrace individuals of all ages. Today, YWAM welcomes everyone from recent graduates to retirees, creating a rich, multi-generational community of volunteers and missionaries. Our doors are open to all who feel called to serve, regardless of their stage in life.
